What is Spray The Scrubber?

Liquid dusts are known as scrubbers. In these systems, the cleansing liquid (usually water) enters the contact with the gas stream containing dust particles. Increasing the contact surface of the gas with the liquid increases the separation efficiency.

There is a wide range of scrubbers, but all of these systems consist of three main parts

A) Humidity

The process of moisture will accumulate fine particles and increase the masses and make dust collecting easier.

B) Liquid and gas contact

One of the most important issues that affects the efficiency of dripping. Sparks and droplets are in contact with four common mechanisms.

First – isolation by inertia

When droplets are placed in the path of a dusted air stream, the stream flows away and flows away. Due to the inertia, large particles of dust will continue to move in the straight path and collide with the droplets of water and get trapped.

Second – separation with the help of the buffer

Tiny dust particles that do not directly collide with the air flow with water droplets but pass over larger particles and stick to them.

Third – Separation by Influence

When the water droplets are dispersed in dust particles, dust particles on the droplet surfaces are deposited as a result of browning or penetration. This method is the basis of the process of collecting particles of dust with a lower dimension of microns.

Fourth – separation to aid condensation

If the gas passing through the mine scrubber is cooled to a specified limit, the moisture condensation will occur on dust particles. This increase in particle size will facilitate ease of collection.

C) Isolation of liquid from gas

Regardless of the contact method used, the liquids and dust should be separated as far as possible. At first, the contact occurred and the composition of the droplets of water and dust was created. As the particles become larger, they will remain in the dust collector.
Gas is passed through. The dirty water that is removed from the scrubber is either cleared and discharged or returned to the scrubber. If the scrubber is cleaned up in a clearing unit or mechanically operated systems, the scrubbers are usually divided into four major groups Divided

The four groups of scrubbers are:
Low energy scrubber, low to medium energy scrubber, medium to high energy scrubber and high energy scrubber
