What is Cage?

One of the company’s products is the Bag Filter.

The bags of this company are made of Swiss or Iranian polyester in a variety of ordinary and water proof (depending on customer’s requirements and requirements). This bag is made of 100% polyester yarn (and, if necessary, refractory yarn). It should be noted that the company produces bags made of fabrics weighing 350 grams and 400 grams, 550 grams, 650 grams and 750 grams. Types of tailor-made bags are also manufactured according to customer’s requirements.

In the production of these bags, non-woven non-woven fabrics are used to support fabric (for strength). Below are various types of fabric that are custom made according to customers’ requirements.

The hinged or venturi made by the company is made of high purity aluminum and tensile, in sizes and designs according to customer’s order.

Another product of Green Filter Company is the production of a variety of filter baskets (Cage). (Bag filter bag). The production of these baskets is done in different sizes and sizes by mechanical boiling point devices. With this method of production, the quality control of individual welds helps to increase the quality and strength of the cages. These baskets are made of different types of wire (such as wire rods, steel wire and black stretch rod), with a cold galvanized coating or electrostatic paint coating, which depends on the customer’s needs.

It should be noted that there are no restrictions on the product for the production of this product. Depending on the customer’s circumstances, it can be produced in 2 pieces.
