What is Centrifuge Fan?

Depending on the type of butterfly, the Forward, Baccharal, Radial and High Pressure are named after the forwarding centrifuge according to the larger structure of the propeller in residential areas, as well as for fresh air, an uncontrolled centrifuge, butterfly valve in industrial areas and in Hospitals are used with the speed of output. Radial centrifuges are used for the transfer and transfer of materials and particles and high pressure centrifuges for blowing or transferring air into cement, wire and cable, sugar and sugar industries, and oil and gas and petrochemical industries.

In a single-side spiral air vent, the air is sucked from one side and blown out from the side of the fingers.
In the spiral hinge, according to the practical conditions, two models of fan coils and fan forwards can be used
The capacity of single-side spiral ventilator can vary up to 20000 cubic hours per hour, and the pressure of these ventilators can be up to 3500 Pascal, which, according to the type of order and application, calculates the required amount and is considered in the production process.
One-side spiral centrifuge fan features
SS-37 sheet thickness from 1 to 5 mm –
Galvanized sheet from a thickness of 1 to 2.5 mm –
Steel sheet of thickness 2 to 5 mm –
The ability to install an anti-flying, anti-spark or other electromotor electro-motors –
The possibility of connecting the motor in three direct, indirect and coupling modes

What should we know about centrifuge fan?

Centrifuge fan price
In the centrifuge, two factors contribute to the system’s performance, and the work of the centrifuge hatch is based on these two factors:

1. Centrifugal force

2- Stream deviation from fan to fan outlet fan centrifugal fan

The point in designing a centrifuge aeration system is that the angle between the exhaust air and the intake air should be 90.

The centrifuge fan is divided into six groups according to the shape of the butterfly

1- Air foil centrifuge fan

2. Centrifugal fan with radial impeller at the top

3- Centrifugal fan with forward curved impeller

4. Centrifugal fan with radial impeller

5- A centrifugal fan with butterfly back

6-Centrifugal fans with a curvature propeller back

Types of fans

The fans are divided into two groups according to the direction of the airflow relative to the fan axis.

Centrifugal fan
The centrifuge fan drives air through centrifugal force. In this type of fan, the angle of entry and exit is 90 degrees. Centrifugal fans are the most common type of fan used in the industry. In these fans, the air moves from the butterfly to the blades and increases its kinetic energy. This kinetic energy is converted to compressive energy before entering the output section, resulting in higher air pressure. Centrifugal fans are used for particles containing particles (humidity and dust) to transport materials as well as for high temperature systems.

Axial fan
In fan axial (fan axial), the air flow is parallel to the fan axis. The three main types of axial fans are: propane fans, axial fans and axial fan (fan jet). Axial fans have frames that are installed inside the window and wall, fans used on computers, ceiling fans, and desktop and fan-axis channels used in the industry, except for these types of fans.
